Our Training Philosophy is based on a screening process that allows us to see exactly what you need. A program is developed to emphasize balanced muscle development and optimal joint function through body alignment, stability, muscle strength, and power. We emphasize correct execution and form of all movements whether they are traditional exercises or corrective exercises. We provide guidance relating to nutrition and lifestyle that greatly enhance quality of life, longevity and goal achievement.

· Structural Integrity- the proper amount of mobility and stability in and at your joints to improve longevity and youthfulness

· Work Capacity- the use of integrated, multi-joint movements done continuously with strategically placed rest periods to enhance stamina   and everyday function

· Body Composition- the reduction of body fat and increase of muscle

· Movement Skill- A series of muscle and joint actions that help develop and enhance balance, coordination, body awareness, strength, rhythm and breathing

We specialize in Semi-Private Personal Training. That means one personal trainer skillfully addresses the wants and needs of 2-5 clients per 60 minute session. Each individual will work off of their completely separate program designed for them by their trainer. The training approach, the facility and the Phenomenal training staff will give you a decisive advantage in affecting powerful changes in your strength, conditioning and your body composition.
