Galen Lundin is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in nutrition. Galen challenges his clients past their mental and physical boundaries to improve their fitness capabilities. He specializes in increasing clients’ lean body mass and decreasing overall body fat mass.
